Italian Chicken Noodle Soup!

Hi Reader,

I believe soup should be a year-round food no matter where you live because it's incredibly nourishing, it's the easiest one-pot meal, and it's SO delicious. I personally make soup almost weekly despite living in Texas, where it's regularly over 100ºF in summer - call me crazy!! Even in the heat of summer, sitting down to a bowl of soup at the end of a long day is something I can always look forward to.

I posted an Italian Chicken Noodle Soup this week and it is a must-try recipe for sure! It has a rich, creamy tomato broth packed with tender chicken and pasta for such a cozy and satisfying dinner.

And if soup in August sounds a little too crazy for you, I have something fresh and summery for you too! I posted Korean Chicken Lettuce Wraps that are fresh, light, and flavorful.
