Brothy Beef Bowls 🌱

Hi Reader,

This week’s recipes are all about nourishing bowls and a little movie night magic! First up are my new Brothy Beef Bowls, made with savory beef, jasmine rice, and perfectly roasted veggies. A warm broth infused with ginger, garlic, and lime is poured over top, then each bowl gets a finishing touch of fresh cilantro, mint, and basil. They’ve quickly become one of my favorite dinners. They're savory, fresh, and nourishing!

And for this week’s Harry Potter movie night, I made homemade Butterbeer! It’s made just a bit healthier by using Olipop cream soda with a homemade butterscotch syrup, and it's so much fun to drink.

Brothy Beef Bowls

These bowls are comforting enough for a weekend dinner but easy enough for a weeknight. They’re savory and satisfying, with lime and fresh herbs that brighten everything up. And the leftovers make such a good lunch!

Homemade Butterbeer

Classic butterbeer made just a bit healthier by using Olipop cream soda and a delicious homemade butterscotch syrup. Top it with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of butterscotch for the most delicious treat!

I can’t wait for you to try these recipes! Let me know in the comment sections if you have any questions or if you give them a try! I would love to hear from you :)

Have a wonderful weekend,

Christine Manes
